Software Engineering MTS (Full-Stack)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end product features spanning interactive data-rich UIs, APIs, and backend services.
- Build responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using React or similar frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop scalable Python-preferred backend services with business logic, data models, and integrations.
- Design and query SQL or NoSQL databases while optimizing performance and data integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to shape requirements.
- Write design documents, participate in architecture reviews, and own features through production.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and improve monitoring and alerting.
- Use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining software quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience, including shipping user-facing product features.
- Strong experience with React or another modern front-end framework and a backend language, preferably Python.
- Experience building data-heavy dashboards, tables, and charts with attention to usability and performance.
- Solid SQL skills and experience designing REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience deploying software to a public cloud; AWS is preferred, while GCP and Azure are also valued.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for design documents and code reviews.
- Preferred experience with Dash/Plotly or other data-visualization libraries, front-end performance optimization, Kubernetes, Trino/Presto, Airflow, monitoring and alerting tools, and AI/LLM development workflows.
