Responsibilities

Build responsive web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as SvelteKit or Next.js.
Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#/.NET.
Work hands-on with LLMs and evaluate emerging AI tooling to solve customer problems.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and run cloud services.
Contribute to architectural decisions and the team's technical direction.
Write tests, fix bugs, and maintain the health of existing systems.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and other LEAP personnel.

Approximately 2–4 years of commercial experience building software across both frontend and backend.
Solid experience building services and APIs with C#/.NET.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS skills with a modern frontend framework such as React or Svelte.
Practical experience building with LLMs or other emerging AI technologies.
Experience with RESTful APIs and a sound understanding of database design.
Cloud platform experience such as AWS is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, self-motivation, and ownership skills.
