Base Salary
$136k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and implement AI and automation use cases to enhance demand generation.
- Build and maintain AI workflows for content creation and audience targeting.
- Design and deploy automation workflows to reduce manual tasks across the demand generation stack.
- Build and run experimentation infrastructure for A/B tests and conversion-flow changes.
- Manage the cost and efficiency of automated workflows.
- Collaborate with various marketing teams to translate strategic needs into technical solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and prototype applications for marketing advantage.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth engineering or a related technical role in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude Code or similar.
- Experience with LLM APIs or AI tools for content generation and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRMs like Marketo and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills for designing experiments and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in data science and marketing.
