Responsibilities
- Design separate software and hardware components, modules, classes, and devices.
- Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of embedded software and hardware.
- Perform different types of testing and assist test engineers and support personnel with technical issues.
- Debug and troubleshoot embedded systems on real devices, including resolving system-level issues.
- Contribute to estimation, planning, technical project documentation, and user documentation.
- Participate in customer and partner meetings, report project status, and escalate technical issues to the Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager.
- Identify deficiencies in development processes, procedures, engineering practices, and environment configurations, and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with C.
- Experience with cloud connectivity applications, including monitoring and Firmware-Over-the-Air (FOTA) solutions.
- Strong background in LTE, BLE, OpenThread, MQTT, and cybersecurity.
- Practical experience with Yocto Linux.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting embedded systems on real devices using J-Link and ST-Link.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
- Hardware knowledge, Docker, GitLab, and Jira experience are preferred.
