Responsibilities
- Build and scale high-performance Rust backend systems for trading and pricing infrastructure.
- Develop Python microservices and internal tooling in a distributed-systems environment.
- Design reliable and maintainable solutions within event-driven architectures.
- Build and support real-time systems handling market data, pricing, hedging, and asset management across multiple asset classes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
- Strong hands-on Rust experience and solid working knowledge of Python.
- Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, websockets, relational or NoSQL databases, and messaging systems such as Kafka or ZeroMQ.
- AWS, trading-platform, or market-data experience and an interest in crypto and financial markets are beneficial.
