Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, development, and optimization of the big data platform for on-chain data, trading behavior, and user profiles.
- Design and build real-time and batch pipelines for blockchain transactions, smart contract events, and wallet behavior.
- Build and maintain data warehouses and lakes while defining data-layering, quality, consistency, and timeliness standards.
- Develop LLM-powered applications for anomaly and fraud detection, risk modeling, user behavior prediction, and Text2SQL.
- Build AI infrastructure including vector databases, feature platforms, embedding pipelines, RAG retrieval, and agent data supply.
- Partner with AI, Algorithm, Product, Risk, and Growth teams on data processing, model training data, feature engineering, and analytics.
- Optimize big data job performance and resource efficiency while maintaining stability and SLAs for core pipelines.
- Drive technology selection and architecture evolution across big data, Web3 data infrastructure, and AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of big data development experience.
- Proficiency with Hadoop, Spark, and Flink, including batch and real-time data warehouse development.
- Familiarity with Hive, Kafka, HBase, ClickHouse, and Doris, including large-scale cluster tuning.
- Strong Java, Scala, and Python development skills with solid SQL tuning ability.
- Hands-on understanding of LLM application patterns, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience with vector databases or embedding data processing and with connecting big data platforms to AI/ML training and inference pipelines.
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and on-chain data structures for Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Bitcoin, and related public chains.
- Fluent written and reading English with the ability to communicate technical information across global teams.
- Solidity knowledge, open-source contributions, relevant AWS/GCP certifications, and experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code are nice-to-have qualifications.
