Base Salary
$138k - $241k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define priorities across the AWS portfolio for agent-driven development improvements.
- Build hands-on with AI agents to validate developer experiences and identify high-impact gaps.
- Create technical content, standards, and guidance for developers and their agents.
- Partner with AWS service and product teams to make services easier to build with.
- Lead technical projects end-to-end from problem scoping through shipping fixes or content.
- Mentor engineers and raise quality standards across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.
- Experience designing and producing content for technical audiences such as software engineers, system administrators, or IT professionals.
- At least 5 years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and key deliverables.
- Preferred experience mentoring, leading, or managing junior engineers; coordinating technical teams, peers, and business stakeholders; defining requirements and prioritizing features with technical and product stakeholders; and contributing to open source projects.
