Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered full-stack product features from concept through production.
- Create new AI interaction patterns and user experiences for business users.
- Co-design features with product designers or drive them end-to-end.
- Define information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states.
- Validate and refine features for usability, discoverability, and intuitive interaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering team by sharing context, trade-offs, and clarifying questions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack production features end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, plus server-side logic, data modeling, database queries, and API contracts.
- Experience owning complete feature experiences, including information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states.
- A user-focused approach and a record of building discoverable, usable features.
- Experience collaborating closely with product designers in a startup or scale-up environment.
- AI or machine learning product experience is relevant, alongside strong full-stack application fundamentals.
Benefits
- Base salary of €60,000 to €90,000 annually.
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
