Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise architecture and solution designs for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide RFP solutioning, design assurance, technical leadership, integration recommendations, and architectural documentation.
- Define target-state architectures, reusable patterns, investment roadmaps, and risk mitigation plans.
- Enable delivery teams through frameworks, quality assurance, automation recommendations, technical guidance, and issue resolution.
- Present solution designs to clients, support pre-sales, negotiate requirements, and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and other thought-leadership materials.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities.
- Hire, onboard, train, manage performance, support engagement, and guide career progression for team members.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise architectures and custom technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze client requirements, evaluate integration options, document architecture artifacts, and manage implementation risks.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, client presentations, pre-sales support, and trusted-advisor engagement.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and managing team resourcing, performance, and development.
