Responsibilities
- Re-engineer microservices running on Amazon EKS into AWS Lambda serverless workloads.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for Lambda functions and API Gateway configurations using GitLab CI, SAM CLI, and AWS.
- Implement distributed caching, observability, and cloud security principles for AWS workloads.
- Develop Java RESTful services and responsive Angular web applications with reusable components, directives, and services.
- Write unit, integration, and performance tests using JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Create technical documentation including sequence diagrams, design specifications, and API documentation.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 or later.
- Experience developing JAX-RS-compliant RESTful services using Quarkus, Micronaut, or Helidon.
- Experience developing responsive Angular web applications and reusable components, directives, and services.
- Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, ahead-of-time compilation, and native executables.
- Experience with Redis Cache, AWS HTTP API Gateway, AWS REST API Gateway, SAM CLI, GitLab CI, Maven or npm, and Elastic Cache.
- Containerization, troubleshooting native executables produced through ahead-of-time compilation, and AI-assisted development experience are listed as essential skills.
