Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end features from design and coding through testing, deployment, and production ownership.
- Build and operate performance-focused frontend and backend code.
- Work directly with users to gather feedback and turn it into rapid product improvements.
- Launch new features and help shape product direction.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and founders while iterating quickly.
Requirements
- Strong technical experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
- Ability to independently drive projects with high autonomy and initiative.
- Customer-focused approach with strong attention to product quality, craft, and detail.
- Comfort learning new frameworks and technologies quickly.
- Preferred: prior founder or founding-engineer experience.
- Preferred: experience building LLM products.
- Preferred: passion for developer tools and improving developer and customer experiences.
