Responsibilities
- Define observability strategy, standards, architecture, governance, compliance requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
- Establish SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, golden signals, tagging and telemetry standards, KPIs, and observability readiness criteria.
- Design and lead integrations among CI/CD pipelines, Dynatrace, ITSM, incident, change, and release-management platforms.
- Implement application onboarding, dashboards, event correlation, alert tuning, deployment markers, and service-level monitoring.
- Define and implement AIOps architecture and use cases including anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, predictive insights, automation, runbooks, and self-healing workflows.
- Assess observability maturity, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and drive standards adoption across teams.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, validations, documentation, and best-practice adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS and Managed environments is required.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud infrastructures is required.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, containers, application performance monitoring, log analytics, and digital experience monitoring is required.
- Familiarity with ActiveGate, OneAgent, Network zone, extension deployment, and SNMP device monitoring is required.
- Strong Dynatrace experience across APM, infrastructure, logs, DEM, and AIOps is required.
- Understanding of SRE, DevOps, observability principles, CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, ITSM integrations, and incident-management workflows is required.
- Experience with automation, scripting, dashboard creation, alert strategies, and AIOps implementations is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills are required.
- Dynatrace Associate or Professional certification, ITIL or service-management experience, enterprise security and compliance exposure, and multi-tenant or large-enterprise experience are preferred.
