Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and train end users on AI agent functionality.
- Design, configure, deploy, and maintain AI agents, workflows, and conversation flows using BotDojo and approved AI tools.
- Provide technical support, maintain agent documentation, and track platform updates and new features.
- Monitor agent performance, troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and optimize deployed agents.
- Integrate AI agents with company systems and databases using scripting languages and automated data-processing workflows.
- Ensure agents meet security, data privacy, quality, documentation, and version-control standards.
- Analyze usage and performance data and report on business impact and efficiency gains.
Requirements
- Experience defining, debugging, and refining prompts for complex AI agents.
- Intermediate Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting experience for automation, data processing, and integrations.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of conversational AI, chatbot frameworks, agent workflow design, guardrails, and evaluations.
- Basic to intermediate experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data retrieval and agent connectivity.
- Willingness to learn or basic familiarity with BotDojo configuration and deployment processes.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
