
Partner Technical Architect - Agentforce

Responsibilities
- Prototype Agentforce solutions to validate ideas, expose platform gaps, and reduce implementation risks.
- Build reusable reference implementations, starter kits, demos, field kits, and evaluation harnesses for partner teams.
- Convert field lessons into reusable code, diagrams, checklists, decision trees, implementation notes, and architecture guidance.
- Review partner architectures for agent design, retrieval, tooling, guardrails, observability, cost, security, and production readiness.
- Coach Partner FDEs and architects through design clinics, office hours, portfolio reviews, and technical walkthroughs.
- Translate recurring field blockers into product and engineering feedback and connect architecture choices to delivery quality, customer outcomes, and consumption economics.
Requirements
- Experience shipping or seriously prototyping real software, agents, automations, internal tools, or technical demos, with demonstrable work such as repositories, demos, notebooks, architecture documents, or evaluation harnesses.
- Experience building with LLMs, agents, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, workflow orchestration, or automation systems.
- Ability to reason about multi-agent, human-in-the-loop, and enterprise integration patterns and debug traces, logs, failure modes, tool calls, context, data, latency, and user experience issues.
- Practical understanding of prompt design, retrieval quality, evaluation, hallucination risk, guardrails, and cost/performance trade-offs.
- Strong systems thinking across APIs, data flows, identity, security, integration, observability, and operational handoff.
- Ability to communicate with engineers, architects, product teams, partner leaders, and executive stakeholders and distinguish platform gaps, configuration issues, delivery issues, and reusable patterns.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, Flow, LWC, MuleSoft, or multi-cloud architecture experience; Salesforce certifications; system integrator or complex enterprise implementation experience; published technical work; technical review frameworks; and familiarity with consumption economics, agent cost modeling, TCO, or outcome-based delivery models.
