Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical customer conversations to identify, qualify, and address authentication use cases, requirements, and constraints.
- Collaborate with sales to demonstrate Stytch’s business and technical value.
- Lead technical demos and proofs of concept for Stytch’s authentication platform.
- Turn customer deployment learnings into repeatable implementation methodologies and playbooks.
- Develop expertise in authentication and authorization concepts and policies including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
- Partner with Product to shape the roadmap using prospect and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Experience communicating credibly and effectively with audiences ranging from CTOs to software engineers.
- Ability to read and write code and create example applications or code snippets for technical customers.
- Familiarity with modern web services and APIs.
- Authentication experience with SAML, OAuth, MFA, or identity providers is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving, curiosity, tenacity, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth environment and building processes and tools.
