Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Convert strategy into short-term and long-term technical roadmaps.
- Coordinate development across teams and drive product and infrastructure launches.
- Build prototypes for proof-of-concept validation.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
- Lead development of AI-in-the-loop experimentation and productionization infrastructure for recommendation products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development.
- At least 7 years of experience building large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience with software design and architecture and with testing or launching software products.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows and designing distributed systems for large-scale AI/ML workloads.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: experience building and deploying production recommendation-system models involving retrieval, prediction, ranking, personalization, search quality, or embeddings.
