Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end outbound workflows using the GTM stack.
- Identify high-intent prospects and enrich data for personalized outreach.
- Build scalable systems to improve prospecting efficiency.
- Automate repetitive GTM workflows to boost team productivity.
- Develop playbooks and train Sales teams on automation tools.
- Own outbound campaigns with clear pipeline generation targets.
- Track performance metrics and optimize based on data.
- Design and run rapid A/B experiments to enhance messaging and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in an operations or engineering-focused role.
- Technical fluency with SaaS tools, APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
- Strong interest in AI and its impact on GTM strategies.
- Business-oriented mindset with an understanding of sales processes.
- Data-driven approach to experimentation and optimization.
- Resourceful problem solver comfortable in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with tools in the GTM stack is a plus.
- Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments is a plus.
- Programming experience in Python or JavaScript is a plus.
