Base Salary
$126k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze system and application architectures and ensure conformity with enterprise blueprints.
- Evaluate and test potential IT architecture solutions against user needs and requirements.
- Create IT architecture designs that translate user requirements into technical solutions.
- Research industry trends and produce architecture standards documentation.
- Advise development staff on the use of new technologies and apply hardware engineering and software design principles to hardware-software interfaces.
- Translate complex business problems into sound technical solutions.
- Train and mentor junior team members and provide leadership through advice, counsel, and facilitation.
- Assess risk in business decisions and support compliance with applicable laws, policies, controls, and regulations.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Management, prioritization, relationship-building, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, take initiative, and learn new tasks quickly.
- Methodical approach and strong attention to detail.

- Salary range of $125,760.00–$188,640.00 per year, excluding potential incentive and retention awards.
