Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and debugging of software for distributed systems.
- Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders.
- Serve as a leading contributor and mentor to other engineers.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advocate for new tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in the software industry.
- Strong foundation in software engineering with experience in reusable libraries and interfaces.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large projects.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, preferably in Java.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with continuous integration tools like Buildkite or Circle CI.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
