Responsibilities
- Champion best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD and pair programming.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to production.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software early.
- Design solutions and choose technologies that solve client problems within constraints.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices are followed.
- Continue to code alongside developers, maintaining technical involvement.
- Utilize and advocate for DevSecOps tools and practices in software development.
- Encourage feedback and foster an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Fullstack developer experienced in Vue or Typescript.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous methodologies.
- Knowledge of TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in various technical areas.
- Ability to influence others and advocate for technical excellence.
- Experience in translating business needs into software requirements.
- Strong mentoring skills to inspire and guide less experienced peers.
- Resilience in ambiguous situations and ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
