Responsibilities
- Work with incident management processes and tools.

Requirements
- Experience with programming languages such as Java and .Net.
- Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Powershell.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure pipelines.
- Exposure to application monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
