Responsibilities
- Design software solutions that address client business problems.
- Write clean, reusable, and iterative code using practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, and design patterns.
- Use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and customer value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes.
- Embed engineering best practices and user experience specifications into delivered solutions.
- Advocate for and demonstrate DevOps culture with other technologists.
- Apply current technology practices and insights from the Technology Radar to solve client problems.
- Take ownership beyond individual deliverables to deliver strong client outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Experience with one or more of Java, Python, Next.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript and object-oriented programming.
- Ability to write clean, high-quality code and identify and improve poor-quality code.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery.
- Awareness of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches or tools.
- Cloud technology knowledge such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is a bonus.
- Collaborative mindset, passion for learning and knowledge sharing, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
