Responsibilities
- Build stablecoin infrastructure from the ground up as part of a high-impact engineering team.
- Design and implement secure systems for key management, transaction signing, gas fee management, and blockchain integration.
- Own services covering the full stablecoin transaction lifecycle, including minting, burning, transferring, and reconciliation.
- Build internal ledgering systems that track balances across multiple chains and token types.
- Integrate stablecoin infrastructure with existing FX and payment systems to support conversion between currencies and stablecoins.
- Write, review, and ship production code.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and compliance teams to deliver reliable and auditable services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade software development and object-oriented design, including expertise in at least one strongly typed language such as Kotlin, Java, C#, C++, or Rust.
- Proven experience building and integrating blockchain infrastructure, including wallets, transaction flows, and key management, into larger financial systems.
- Experience integrating new systems into legacy or distributed environments without introducing instability or regressions.
- Strong understanding of secure system design, including private key handling, signing, encryption, and operational controls.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar tools or frameworks quickly and adapt to changing technical priorities.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration across engineering, product, and non-technical teams.
- Experience in FX, payments, or financial infrastructure is preferred but not required.
- Python experience is useful but insufficient on its own.
