Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems focused on trading connectivity.
- Integrate new liquidity providers into the Talos network to enhance platform efficiency.
- Own the integration process from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Continuously improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the platform.
- Collaborate with product teams, engineering teams, and clients to support the full trade lifecycle.
- Contribute to an open and transparent team culture.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in Go or Java.
- BEng, MEng, BSc, or MSc in Computer Science or related field.
- Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and debug complex integration issues.
- Proven experience with sophisticated backend systems ensuring high performance.
- Experience in financial technology, particularly in crypto or traditional finance, is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
