Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through solution design and delivery while setting development standards.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management processes.
- Support maintenance planning, work order lifecycle management, notifications, workflows, asset hierarchies, calibration, permits, and shop-floor execution.
- Integrate EAM with quality management, materials and inventory, warehouse and logistics, and external calibration or asset-monitoring systems.
- Support compliance-driven validation, review, audit readiness, criticality assessment, and maintenance prioritization.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management process expertise.
- Experience with maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, workflows, equipment and functional-location hierarchies, and asset lifecycle management.
- Experience with calibration and validation, permit-to-work, PRT management, shop-floor execution, and compliance processes.
- Experience integrating EAM with quality management, materials and inventory, warehouse and logistics, and external systems.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
