Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML platform features and solutions for data center operations and engineering teams.
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI integrations, deployment pipelines, user-facing interfaces, and reusable components.
- Integrate ML solutions into existing data center workflows while ensuring quality and scalability.
- Write clean, tested, and maintainable code and improve GenAI development and deployment processes.
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews and contribute to team productivity and system reliability.
- Identify opportunities to apply new AI/ML techniques to data center challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience with machine learning and large language model fundamentals, including model architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution.
