Responsibilities
- Administer Serval platform configurations, permissions, environments, agent lifecycles, monitoring, auditing, usage reporting, and governance controls.
- Design, develop, deploy, test, optimize, and maintain AI-powered workflows, agents, prompts, and automation logic.
- Build connectors, REST APIs, data pipelines, and automation services integrating Serval with enterprise applications and business systems.
- Monitor platform health and workflow performance, analyze outcomes, and improve automation effectiveness through feedback and analytics.
- Participate in AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, validation, governance reviews, risk assessments, and responsible AI practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize automation use cases and deliver technical consulting, training, documentation, and enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in enterprise software development, automation engineering, platform engineering, or systems integration.
- Experience deploying and supporting enterprise automation platforms and developing or consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, generative AI applications, prompt engineering, and AI workflow design.
- Experience with enterprise systems integration, data orchestration, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms, identity and access management, enterprise security controls, and monitoring or observability platforms.
- Preferred experience with Serval, AI-native business applications, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, agentic AI frameworks, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Services, Kubernetes, containerized workloads, Terraform, infrastructure as code, IT Service Management platforms, and AI governance or security.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
