Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable full-stack solutions and production APIs for customer success and support systems.
- Design public-cloud architectures involving managed databases, object storage, networking, IAM, and secure service-to-service patterns.
- Build relational, NoSQL, caching, search, event-streaming, object-storage, and vector or semantic data platforms.
- Own CI/CD and infrastructure as code, containerize services, and operate workloads on Kubernetes.
- Implement observability, SLAs, security, compliance, and operational excellence for production systems.
- Integrate Salesforce, Coveo/search, identity providers, and other enterprise platforms.
- Build predictive and generative AI applications, including RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and predictive pipelines.
- Mentor engineers and introduce standards, templates, and automation to scale delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building full-stack systems at scale.
- Expertise using AI tools and stacks to solve enterprise-grade problems.
- Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript and backend experience with Node, Python, Go, and Java.
- Deep Azure and/or AWS experience, including compute, networking, managed databases, and object storage.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep and GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including AKS or EKS.
- Familiarity with Redis, Elasticsearch or Coveo, Kafka or Kinesis, and object storage.
- Strong observability, security, and production-operations experience.
- Ability to translate product and customer needs into robust technical solutions and communicate effectively.
- Experience building predictive and generative AI applications in production and embedding AI features into workflows.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred familiarity with customer success or support systems, LLM integration patterns, and vector databases such as FAISS or Milvus.
