Responsibilities

Architect and own large parts of the loan origination platform and associated web applications.
Champion code quality through peer-reviewed designs and code, focusing on test automation.
Contribute to engineering initiatives aimed at reducing technical debt.
Deliver high-impact initiatives that provide value to customers.
Collaborate with design, product teams, and business stakeholders to build effective solutions.
Define technical strategy for complex requirements and solve large open-ended problems.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proficient in building high-quality, user-friendly products.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed and grow.
Ability to introduce new processes and technologies to improve team productivity.
