Responsibilities
- Understand customer business and technical needs and design appropriate Vusion solutions.
- Configure Vusion platforms to meet customer requirements and support successful deployments.
- Present Vusion solutions to retail customers across the Nordic countries.
- Coordinate implementation stages, project teams, internal resources, and third-party vendors.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation and participate in software and systems acceptance phases.
- Develop and share detailed project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Report project risks and escalate issues to management as needed.
Requirements
- Mandatory degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, project manager, or IT professional in networking or infrastructure; the ideal profile has 1–3 years of post-graduation experience.
- Professional proficiency in English at C1/C2 level is required, and fluency in Swedish is highly valued.
- Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript for reading code and modifying configurations or scripts when needed.
- Experience or interest in customer-facing technical roles, retail, artificial intelligence, computer vision, IoT, software applications, systems integration, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to manage technical implementation projects, coordinate teams, organize work independently, and support customer satisfaction.
- Candidates must meet V.I.E. eligibility requirements: be 18–28 at registration, hold French, EEA, or Swiss citizenship, and have fulfilled national service obligations.
