Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements and document them.
- Design and build corresponding Pigment applications and multidimensional models.
- Transform customer solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into structured planning systems.
- Train and co-build with customers so they can independently maintain and use the solution.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
- Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
- Act as the link between customer stakeholders and the product team.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodologies and processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to stakeholders.
- Comfort working with large volumes of unstructured data and structuring and validating it.
- Ability to learn new domains and adapt to changing products and customer needs.
- Strong relationship-building, empathy, strategic thinking, and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
- Fluent English; French or additional European languages are advantageous.
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
