Responsibilities
- Lead a team delivering Windchill development, configuration, customization, technical design, code review, and production release validation.
- Produce technical specifications and contribute to PLM system configuration.
- Define system requirements and ensure technical solutions remain aligned with business needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to key stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales activities through customer discovery, custom solution presentations, and budget proposals.
- Engage with stakeholders across multicultural and geographically distributed project teams.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise developing and deploying solutions based on Windchill.
- At least four years of experience working in a Nordic country.
- Proven IT development experience and experience working in multicultural project teams with off-site team members.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with Windchill SIM, Arbortext Publishing Engine, and Arbortext Content Delivery is beneficial.
- Strong written and spoken Swedish communication skills are beneficial.
