Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-ready AI agents for customer proof-of-concept engagements.
- Integrate customer CRMs, telephony systems, and knowledge bases using Python and TypeScript.
- Tune voice experiences including speech synthesis, turn-taking, and barge-in across providers.
- Build evaluation frameworks using scripted tasks and adversarial scenarios to measure resolution, containment, and customer satisfaction.
- Capture product gaps and translate field solutions into reusable platform capabilities.
- Transition successful pilots to Professional Services or partners with documentation, playbooks, and operational recommendations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles shipping complex SaaS or AI/ML solutions, such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management.
- Production experience deploying LLM-based agents with tool use, multi-step orchestration, and guardrails.
- Voice-stack expertise across ASR, TTS, turn-taking, and barge-in, including tuning at least one major provider such as ElevenLabs, Azure, or Cartesia.
- Production integration experience with Python and working knowledge of TypeScript or Go.
- Experience writing tests, logging failures, and iterating against measurable targets to validate agent performance before launch.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business and engineering stakeholders.
- Contact-center domain knowledge with platforms such as Genesys, Five9, NICE, or Zoom Contact Center, or experience with AI agent platforms such as Decagon or Sierra.
- Experience contributing to voice-agent benchmarks or open-source projects, or deploying solutions in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or telecom.
