Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud solutions, including lifecycle management, access certifications, access requests, provisioning, and password management.
- Build and maintain application onboarding through connectors, aggregation, correlation, and account and entitlement mapping.
- Develop IIQ rules, workflows, forms, and transforms using BeanShell and Java, and configure ISC transforms, rules, and workflows.
- Design and support IIQ-to-ISC migrations, including assessments, gap analyses, and cutover planning.
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, SAP, databases, and SaaS applications.
- Gather client requirements, lead design sessions, and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Write design documents, configuration guides, test plans, runbooks, and other technical documentation.
- Support user acceptance testing, deployment, hypercare, and troubleshooting across environments.
- Follow configuration-management, version-control, and promotion practices across development, test, and production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and internal knowledge.
- Travel up to 10% as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud.
- Working knowledge of both SailPoint platforms, with depth in at least one.
- Strong understanding of IAM and IGA concepts, including joiner/mover/leaver processes, RBAC, role mining, separation of duties, certifications, and least privilege.
- Experience with IIQ development using Java, BeanShell, and XML artifacts, or ISC configuration using transforms, rules, REST APIs, and VA management.
- Experience with LDAP/Active Directory, JDBC, delimited-file, web-services/REST, and SCIM integration patterns.
- Solid SQL and scripting skills, with familiarity with JSON, XML, and REST APIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team.
- Consulting or professional-services experience involving client delivery, scoping, and multiple engagements is preferred.
- SailPoint certifications, IIQ-to-ISC migration experience, Git and CI/CD familiarity, and SSB or similar configuration-management experience are preferred.
- Knowledge of PAM, access management, SSO, and MFA is preferred.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or government is preferred.
- Java development, Linux or Windows administration, and Tomcat or WebLogic experience are preferred.
