Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead and execute proofs of concept and support implementation of Trend Micro solutions.
- Deliver technical demonstrations of Trend Cloud solutions and integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Design and explain solutions to complex cloud and cybersecurity challenges.
- Build and maintain technical relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Support alliance initiatives, beta programs, and the development of Solutions Engineering best practices.
- Build internal technical readiness and develop subject matter expertise across Trend Micro technologies.
Requirements
- Experienced candidates must have 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or professional services.
- Experienced candidates must have 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity products and technologies such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, or content security.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments.
- Background in architecture, software development, networking, systems engineering, sales engineering, solutions engineering, or security specialization.
- SOC, incident response, or security operations experience is strongly preferred.
- CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, comparable security certifications, or AWS certifications are desirable.
- Understanding of security incidents, cloud architectures, and security best practices.
- Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash.
- Strong communication, presentation, customer-facing, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
