Responsibilities
- Shape technical solutions for global clients in individual client contexts.
- Develop projects supporting strategic IT implementation using modern approaches.
- Analyze client situations and market trends, including machine learning developments, to create tailored customer journeys.
- Design and optimize IT architectures for enterprise solutions, custom software development, and sustainable digital solutions.
- Collaborate with BCG Platinion and Boston Consulting Group colleagues on local and international client projects.
- Communicate complex technical topics effectively in English and work in interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, informatics, business with a focus on IT, or a related field.
- Approximately two years of relevant IT consulting experience through part-time or full-time roles.
- Familiarity with machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools and the ability to apply them across work tasks.
- Enthusiasm for solving complex digital challenges and developing and sharing solutions.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel in global and interdisciplinary work contexts.
- Excellent English communication skills for explaining complex topics.
