Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical presales process and demonstrate how Akamai technology solves customer business problems.
- Architect and execute product demonstrations, Customer Analysis Reports, and proof-of-concept trials.
- Partner with sales and customer executive leadership to align initiatives with Akamai’s platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams as a subject-matter expert and share insights through technical content, community engagement, and industry events.
- Manage technical proposals and recommend architectures for complex web, security, and cloud deployment workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in technical presales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing architecture supporting enterprise accounts.
- Knowledge of internet architectures, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with WAF, DDoS protection, Bot Management, and Zero Trust or remote-access architectures.
- Ability to explain complex network and security transformations to developers and C-level executives.
- Professional fluency in Swedish and English.
