Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and productionize AI solutions and AI agents that create business value for customers.
- Work in project roles including AI Engineer, developer, technical lead, and solution architect.
- Translate customer business needs into technical AI solutions and identify relevant use cases.
- Build LLM-based applications and modern AI solutions with focus on quality, security, scalability, governance, and responsible AI.
- Collaborate with national and global colleagues to deliver value and share best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in AI, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
- Practical experience designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions and LLM-based applications in production environments.
- Experience with generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-driven applications.
- Experience taking technical solutions from prototype or proof of concept into production.
- Experience in consulting or a similar customer-facing environment.
- A master's degree with strong academic results or equivalent experience.
- Strong English communication skills; Swedish is advantageous but not required.
- Preferred experience includes AI-system evaluation and optimization, AI governance, security, responsible AI, AI architecture, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, search technologies, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
