Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
- Partner with clients to identify AI opportunities, develop business cases, translate requirements into architectures, and guide AI transformations.
- Architect and implement systems using LLMs, reinforcement learning, decision-making algorithms, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Conduct client workshops, respond to RFPs, develop solution blueprints, mentor teams, and contribute thought leadership.
- Define AI governance, security, ethical, observability, lifecycle-management, and performance-measurement frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or PhD preferred, with hands-on experience architecting AI/ML solutions.
- Deep understanding of agentic AI, agent orchestration, workflow automation, and multi-agent architectures.
- Hands-on experience with generative models such as GPT, Gemini, and Claude, including prompt engineering and LLM workflow integration.
- Proficiency with Python, modern AI/ML frameworks, workflow automation tools, APIs, and agentic AI orchestration tools such as LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP and integrating with Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, data privacy, and compliance, with the ability to design secure, scalable, compliant solutions.
- Demonstrated success delivering agentic or generative AI projects at scale, including PoCs and MVPs under tight timelines.
- Experience with client-facing consulting, RFP/SOW responses, solution architecture, technical team leadership, and influencing senior or C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong consulting, communication, facilitation, storytelling, visualization, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
