Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for Check Point’s Workspace Security portfolio, including Email Security, Endpoint Security, browser security, and mobile security.
- Conduct technical discovery and assess customer environments, requirements, security gaps, architectures, and operational challenges.
- Design integrated Email, Endpoint, and Workspace Security architectures aligned with customer objectives and infrastructure.
- Plan, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, optimize, and lead Email, Endpoint, and Workspace Security proofs of concept through successful completion.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, architecture sessions, competitive evaluations, and executive presentations.
- Analyze competing Email Security, Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, and Workspace Security technologies and support competitive displacement.
- Provide technical responses to RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture requirements.
- Educate customers, partners, Sales, and Security Engineers through enablement, documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with Product Management, R&D, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Security Engineering to resolve customer issues and improve the portfolio.
- Provide field feedback on product gaps, customer needs, competitive challenges, and integration opportunities.
- Travel up to 50%.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, technical presales, Endpoint Security, Email Security, EDR/XDR, or related technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of Endpoint and Email Security, including EPP, EDR/XDR, threat prevention, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, and modern attack techniques.
- Experience designing, deploying, demonstrating, or supporting enterprise security solutions, including technical discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and competitive evaluations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise environments and security architecture, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong business and technical acumen, including the ability to communicate cybersecurity value to technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation, communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities and work with ownership, collaboration, adaptability, and urgency.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
