Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and design for ServiceNow-based transformation programs.
- Translate business needs and strategic objectives into sustainable ServiceNow architectures.
- Define architecture principles, design patterns, and technical guardrails.
- Design solutions connecting workflows, data, AI, and integrations.
- Advise on platform architecture, CMDB/CSDM, security, and governance.
- Lead design reviews and guide customer and delivery teams.
- Contribute to target architectures, roadmaps, presales, and strategic platform choices.
- Coach and develop colleagues while helping grow customer relationships and EY’s ServiceNow offering.
Requirements
- Several years of experience with ServiceNow and complex implementations or transformations.
- Experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and design.
- Experience with integrations and ServiceNow data and platform architecture.
- Experience engaging with technical and business-oriented stakeholders.
- Relevant ServiceNow certification, such as CSA and one or more CIS certifications.
- Very strong communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Work authorization in Sweden.
- Preferred experience in areas such as SecOps, IRM, BCM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, ESM, CMDB/CSDM, or ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- CTA, TOGAF, enterprise architecture, presales, and offering-development experience are advantageous.
