Responsibilities
- Advise customers, partners, and internal teams on ServiceNow platform architecture across multiple engagements.
- Guide instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, platform health, and technical debt reduction.
- Translate business goals and technical requirements into customer roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Work with executive stakeholders, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during sales, structuring, and implementation.
- Position ServiceNow as an enterprise digital transformation platform integrated with core customer applications.
- Manage technical governance and delivery operating models.
- Support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
- Contribute ServiceNow platform expertise and leading practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services or SaaS organization, or equivalent education/experience.
- Management consulting experience and industry domain expertise.
- Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Experience leading architecture and design for large programs.
- Enterprise architecture and cloud application technology experience.
- Experience leveraging or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Right to work in the country.
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian and English.
