Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations.
- Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and functional and technical teams on solution roadmaps and architecture plans.
- Advise on ERP best practices, integrations, security, and governance.
- Design complex integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management and third-party applications using Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and APIs.
- Own technical delivery, architecture governance, development oversight, and deployment responsibility.
- Mentor and coach technical teams and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of Microsoft innovations and support digital transformation strategies.
Requirements
- Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience designing technical architectures for business-critical ERP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, Dataverse, and Azure Integration Services.
- Experience leading technical teams and making technical decisions in complex projects.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Understanding of security, governance, and best practices in ERP architecture.
- Experience with customer dialogue, workshops, and close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Consultative approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Very strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Consultative, collaborative, adaptable, intellectually curious, and persuasive, with passion for technology and industry thought leadership.
