Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams, including onboarding, blocker removal, timelines, progress, capacity, and training readiness.
- Use coding, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate customer deployments.
- Drive and track initial and ongoing workload ramp from customer agreement through consumption.
- Identify opportunities to expand workloads within customer accounts during project execution.
- Drive sustainable product usage, customer value realization, renewals, and future expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
- Experience engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Preferred experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud products and competitive differentiation.
- Preferred experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers.
- Preferred experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Experience with keyboard operations.
Benefits
- Sweden compensation is kr1040000–kr1060000 SEK plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
