Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers to assess project feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests.
- Lead technical design for enterprise AI solutions integrating models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues, identify product bugs, and test workarounds to remove delivery blockers.
- Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering teams, troubleshooting systemic deployment issues and translating field feedback into feature requests.
- Guide implementation strategy through technical authority and architectural foresight while owning delivery realities with customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with Product or Engineering organizations.
- Experience with system design or reading code in Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Ability to solve novel technical problems, diagnose bugs, handle ambiguity, and develop credible architectural solutions.
- Experience orchestrating specialized technical resources for complex builds and influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Fluent English and one Nordic language, such as Swedish, is preferred.
- Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to translate technical integration issues into business impact.
