Responsibilities
- Design, develop, optimize, and stabilize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations deployments across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Lead architecture sessions, technical discussions, solution design reviews, performance deep dives, workshops, and readiness activities with customers and technical stakeholders.
- Guide ERP implementations, customizations, integrations, migrations from Dynamics AX, cloud modernization, data migration, and production stabilization.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, application, database, infrastructure, integration, and operational issues in enterprise F&O environments.
- Perform environment health assessments and performance audits, then design and execute remediation and optimization plans.
- Advise customers on architecture, implementation best practices, operational excellence, performance efficiency, security, scalability, and Microsoft Business Applications capabilities.
- Provide technical training and hands-on guidance to customer IT and development teams and contribute feedback, reusable intellectual property, and best practices to Microsoft and internal teams.
- Identify customer needs and growth opportunities involving Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and modernization pathways.
- Support customer engagements onsite and travel within the Nordic region as required.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience implementing, customizing, optimizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 F&O architecture, application layers, data models, extensibility, environment topology, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and ERP best practices.
- Experience leading Dynamics F&O migrations and modernization initiatives, including upgrades from Dynamics AX and transitions to cloud-first architectures.
- Expertise in performance troubleshooting, ERP administration, monitoring, capacity planning, production readiness, health assessments, and operational stability.
- Experience designing, building, and troubleshooting integrations using Data Management Framework, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise interfacing techniques.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O development and customization using X++, Visual Studio, .NET Framework, and extension-based development.
- Familiarity with Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps, version control, GitHub, and CI/CD practices in enterprise ERP environments.
- Understanding of Azure cloud technologies, ERP security, compliance, access control, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
- Experience serving as a Technical Architect or Lead Engineer for full-lifecycle F&O programs and leading technical discussions covering architecture, integrations, data, security, and performance.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Swedish is strongly recommended and additional Nordic languages are advantageous.
- Exceptional customer-facing, presentation, communication, collaboration, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements and hold or obtain clearance for SECRET, NATO SECRET, or SECRET UE/EU SECRET access.
- Swedish citizenship is preferred to support Nordic security-clearance eligibility and processing.
- Preferred qualifications include Dynamics 365 F&O certification or formal training, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement knowledge, Azure experience, Dynamics AX knowledge, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management expertise, data migration experience, Power BI, Power Apps, and exposure to SAP or Oracle.
