Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, and work processes to design feasible software solutions.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain full-stack Java enterprise software applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, improve performance, and support software installation or modification.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff on requirements, interfaces, specifications, and delivery.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, reports, project status updates, and implementation materials.
- Monitor project execution, releases, quality, customer satisfaction, and reporting performance.
- Respond to customer requests, capture clarifications and feedback, and maintain professional customer communications.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and current best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack Java enterprise skills.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software through the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze client requirements, develop feasible designs, automate validation, and troubleshoot software issues.
- Ability to document solutions, requirements, project activities, status, and reports clearly and accurately.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to support customer communication, on-time delivery, quality assurance, and reporting activities.
