Base Salary
$180k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and drive high-impact technical and user-facing projects.
- Advise leadership on technical decisions and strategy.
- Mentor and advise engineers and peers on technical and personal advancement.
- Drive technical decision-making and implementation through hands-on, technically deep work.
- Build and advance user-facing applications and APIs that expand access to real-world automation.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience working in complex environments.
- Strong technical background with the ability to perform approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend work.
- Experience driving technically deep implementation and making technical decisions.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally and support peers.
- Self-driven, optimistic, creative, resourceful, impact-driven, and comfortable in dynamic, ambitious environments.
- Robotics or automation experience is not required.
