Base Salary
$180k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and drive high impact technical and user facing projects.
- Advise leadership on technical decisions and strategy.
- Mentor and advise other engineers as well as peers on technical and personal advancement.
- Drive technical decision making and implementation through hands-on and technically deep work.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in complex environments.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in back-end and front-end technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach to simplicity, reliability, and velocity in software development.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and ambitious environments.
