Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, secure, high-performance infrastructure for the AI-native platform.
- Own AWS region expansion and improve compliance, elasticity, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Develop platform tooling, services, automation, runbook automation, and AI-assisted developer workflows.
- Partner with AI and backend engineers to improve deployment, observability, and performance optimization.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, operational excellence, and incident-response improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Platform, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles.
- Experience working closely with development teams and changing production code.
- Strong software development skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Deep experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and modern CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience building observability and monitoring systems with tools such as the full Grafana stack.
- Understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security fundamentals.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms or data-intensive systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, or event-driven architectures is preferred.
- Familiarity with SOC operations, threat detection, or security automation tools is preferred.
