Responsibilities
- Define and drive critical product systems in collaboration with senior leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Establish a technical vision and lead efforts to build reliable and scalable solutions.
- Provide input on team roadmap and technical direction.
- Influence stakeholders to adopt team goals and roadmaps.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive best practices.
- Engage in hands-on development, including design and code reviews.
- Mentor and support the career growth of individual contributors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the tech industry.
- 1+ years of experience in an Architect or Staff Engineer role.
- Product-focused Android engineer with experience in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Strong sense for product experience and business outcomes.
- Track record of partnership with product and design leadership.
- Experience leading multiple engineering teams and releasing complex user products.
- Excellent engineering skills with experience in GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical partners.
- Proven track record of fostering a culture of Diversity and Belonging.
